• Prompt text you write in ThincWith.me exercises
• Exercise context and bridge prompts
• Support ticket descriptions (for AI-powered classification)

No personally identifying information (such as your name, email address, or account details) is included in data sent to OpenAI.

Who data is sent to

Data is sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. via their API at api.openai.com for processing. No other third-party AI services receive your data.

How data is used

• AI-powered grading of your prompts across developmental dimensions
• Generating personalized developmental feedback and suggestions
• Classifying support tickets for faster resolution

Third-party data protection

OpenAI provides equal or greater protection of your data as described in their API data usage policies:

• OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs for model training
• Data sent via the API is not stored by OpenAI after processing
• API data is encrypted in transit using TLS
• OpenAI maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance for their API services

Your consent

Before any data is sent to OpenAI, you are asked for explicit consent during onboarding. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@zolvay.com. Withdrawing consent will disable AI-powered features of the platform.
